Replace or add a spacious canoe seat with the Silverbirch Wood/Web Extra-Wide Seat. Wider than a conventional bow or stern seat, it provides additional seating room without the full breadth of the super-wide version, making it a versatile option for centre seating, larger paddlers or family canoe configurations.

Its traditional wooden frame is paired with supportive woven webbing to create a comfortable, breathable seat that allows water to drain readily. Wood-and-web seats are widely used across Silverbirch’s traditional open-canoe range, including models such as the Broadland and Firefly.

Produced for the Silverbirch Canoes seating range, the seat may also be adapted for compatible open canoes from other manufacturers. Universal replacement seats are commonly supplied with extended rails for custom fitting, so careful trimming, drilling and separate mounting components may be necessary.
