Restore a damaged seat or refresh your canoe’s outfitting with the Silverbirch Wood/Web Standard Canoe Seat. Designed in the traditional flat-frame style, it combines a wooden structure with woven webbing for a supportive, ventilated and fast-draining seating surface.
The standard-width design is intended primarily for a conventional bow or stern seating position. Wood/web seats are used as standard equipment across several Silverbirch traditional canoe models, making this a suitable replacement for compatible Silverbirch installations as well as a practical upgrade for other open canoes.
Replacement canoe seats from multiple manufacturers are commonly offered as adaptable bow, stern or centre components rather than model-specific, ready-fitted parts. Check your canoe’s internal width and mounting points before ordering, as the wooden rails may require trimming and drilling and the necessary hangers or fixings may be sold separately.
