Designed specifically around a women’s fit, the Axiom combines proven 3-layer GORE-TEX Pro fabric with a straightforward front-entry design. It prioritises dependable performance, freedom of movement and practical on-water features without adding unnecessary complexity.

Durable GORE-TEX Pro protection

The suit is constructed from 3-layer GORE-TEX Pro fabric, providing waterproof, windproof and breathable protection for demanding paddlesport environments.

Its durable construction helps keep external water out while allowing heat and moisture generated inside the suit to escape. This makes the Axiom particularly well suited to active kayaking, whitewater paddling, touring and extended days on the water.

The fabric incorporates a 100% recycled nylon face material, a lower-impact durable water-repellent treatment and a dope-dyed backer designed to reduce water use, pollution and energy consumption during production.

Secure latex neck and wrist seals

Latex gaskets at the neck and wrists create the primary waterproof seals. These are protected by GlideSkin neoprene volcano-style overcuffs, helping shield the latex from exposure and abrasion.

The extended wrist overcuffs cover more of the area between the wrist and hand, reducing the amount of water reaching the latex seals in high-volume or turbulent conditions.

Flexible mesh drainage openings beneath the neck and wrist overcuffs allow trapped water to escape rather than collecting between the neoprene and latex layers.

Front-entry design

A heavy-duty YKK Aquaseal waterproof zip provides front entry into the suit. This traditional layout offers a familiar and practical dressing system, while a protective outer flap helps shield the zip from wear and direct exposure.

Regular cleaning and lubrication of the waterproof entry and relief zips is recommended to maintain smooth operation, maximise dryness and extend the working life of the suit.

Women’s drop-seat relief zip

A waterproof drop-seat relief zip provides a more convenient solution for women paddlers during longer sessions and days away from facilities.

The zip is protected by an external flap and is positioned to maintain comfort when seated in a kayak.

Designed to work with a spraydeck

The 13cm-wide neoprene waist overskirt fits over a spraydeck tunnel to help create a secure connection around the cockpit.

A double-pull hook-and-loop adjustment system allows the overskirt to be tightened evenly around the waist. When worn correctly with a suitable spraydeck, this double-tunnel arrangement helps limit water entering the cockpit during rolling, rescues and rough-water paddling.

Integrated GORE-TEX Pro dry socks

Built-in GORE-TEX Pro fabric socks provide continuous waterproof protection down to the feet. They are designed to be worn inside suitable paddling footwear rather than used as external walking socks.

Cordura panels reinforce the inside ankle area, where repeated contact with footwear can otherwise create additional wear.

The gathered ankle design sits closely over paddling boots or shoes, while silicone grip dots help prevent the outer ankle fabric from riding upwards during movement.

Practical storage

A splashproof zipped chest pocket provides accessible storage for small essentials. As the pocket is described as splashproof rather than fully waterproof, moisture-sensitive items should still be placed inside a separate waterproof case or dry bag.
